YLT is a wellness-driven community where movement, strength, and restoration come together. Through curated experiences—from mat Pilates and guided Yoga—we create space to move with intention, reconnect, and elevate the mind and body.

Studio Policy
SOCKS
Grip socks are only required if you are using one of our studio mats. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer to go without. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed.
To keep every class safe and prompt, our doors lock 5 minutes after the start time. This allows instructors to prepare warm-ups and check in on any injuries or conditions before class. The policy applies to all class sessions.
5 MINUTE RULE
CANCELLATION
We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class. Cancellations made within 12 hours will result in a session being deducted from your pass. This applies to all drop-ins, packages, and class-pass bookings. Members on unlimited plans will incur a $15 late-cancellation fee.
NO SHOW
Any class missed without prior cancellation or rescheduling will result in the full amount charged. This applies to all drop-ins, packages, and memberships.
PHONES
You are welcome to take photos or short videos before and after class as long as no other guests are captured and it does not disrupt the flow of the next session. For the safety and comfort of our clients and instructors, recording or taking photos during a class is prohibited.
