Studio Policy

SOCKS

Grip socks are only required if you are using one of our studio mats. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer to go without.

5 MINUTE RULE

To keep every class safe and prompt, our doors lock 5 minutes after the start time. This allows instructors to prepare warm-ups and check in on any injuries or conditions before class. The policy applies to all class sessions.

CANCELLATION

We kindly ask for at least 4-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a class. Cancellations made within 4 hours will result in a $15 late-fee. This applies to all drop-ins, packages, memberships and class-pass bookings.

NO SHOW

Any class missed without prior cancellation or rescheduling will result in the full amount charged. This applies to all drop-ins, packages, class-pass bookings, and memberships.

PHONES

You are welcome to take photos and short videos before and after class, provided they do not include other guests or instructors without their consent and do not disrupt the class experience.
