Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly and welcoming to all fitness levels. Modifications may be offered so you can move at your own pace.

No. We offer non-heated mat Pilates, as well as Yoga classes, to all guest.

All classes can be booked online through our booking platform. We recommend reserving your spot in advance, as class sizes may be limited.

If a class is full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist. Our waitlist is first come, first serve. When a spot opens, the first person will be notified and so on. We do not auto-add clients to avoid any automatic fees. We recommend keeping notifications enabled.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first class to check in and get settled.

We recommend comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows for ease of movement and proper alignment. Grip socks are required for safety and stability. They are also available for purchase at the studio.

Please bring water and arrive ready to move. All mats and equipment are thoughtfully provided by the studio. You are more than welcome to bring your own mat, grip socks, and towel if you prefer.

Complimentary parking is available in the parking lot directly across the street from our location.

We provide lockers for your personal items while you are attending class. We also offer a vanity area stocked with complimentary skincare and haircare essentials for before and after class.

Rooftop reservations provide access to curated wellness and social experiences. Availability and booking details will be announced through our event page.

Yes! YLT Studio offers workshops, special classes, rooftop experiences, and community events throughout the year. For hosting your party or special event, please contact us: Info@yltstudio.com.

Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations incur a $15 fee. No-shows incur a full-class charge. This allows us to respect our instructors and offer spots to waitlisted clients.

Yes. Memberships renew automatically unless canceled 7 days before the next billing cycle. To cancel all memberships and class packages, please contact us: Info@yltstudio.com.
