Welcome to YLT Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services, memberships, classes, website, and facilities. By booking classes, purchasing memberships, attending sessions, or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully. 1. General Information
1.1
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by YLT Studio, including in-studio classes, outdoor classes, memberships, class packages, events, workshops, retail products, and digital services.
1.2
YLT Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated through our website, email, or booking platform.
1.3
By participating in any YLT Studio service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Memberships & Class Packages
2.1
Memberships and class packages are personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.
2.2
Memberships renew automatically on a recurring basis unless cancelled in accordance with Section 3 below.
2.3
Class packages and promotional offers may include expiration dates. Expired classes or credits will not be refunded or extended unless otherwise stated by YLT Studio.
2.3
YLT Studio reserves the right to change pricing, membership structures, class schedules, instructors, or studio offerings at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Cancellation & Termination
3.1
Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing via email prior to the next billing cycle.
3.2
If cancellation notice is received after a billing date has processed, the following payment may still be charged and access will remain active through that billing period.
3.3
Early termination requests due to medical conditions, injury, pregnancy, or relocation may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
3.4
YLT Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of studio policies, inappropriate conduct, harassment, repeated no-shows, or unsafe behavior.
4. Payment Terms
4.1
All memberships, classes, packages, and retail purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
4.2
Payments are processed automatically through the payment method on file.
4.3
Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of booking privileges until payment is resolved.
4.4
YLT Studio is not responsible for unused classes, memberships, or credits resulting from failed payments or account issues.
4.5
Pricing errors, accidental discounts, or technical issues may be corrected at YLT Studio’s discretion.
5. Class Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows
5.1
All bookings must be made through the YLT Studio website, app, or approved booking platform.
5.2
Clients must cancel classes within the cancellation window listed at the time of booking.
5.3
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in:
Loss of class credit
Late cancellation fees
Temporary booking restrictions
5.4
Clients who arrive late may not be permitted to enter class once instruction has begun in order to maintain safety and class flow.
5.5
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes due to late arrival or no-show.
6. Studio Policies & Conduct
6.1
Clients are expected to treat instructors, staff, equipment, and fellow members with respect at all times.
6.2
YLT Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
6.3
Proper athletic attire must be worn during classes. Grip socks may be recommended or required for certain sessions.
6.4
For safety reasons, clients should inform instructors of injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations before participating.
7. Health & Liability Waiver
7.1
Participation in fitness activities involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks, including injury.
7.2
By participating in classes or using studio facilities, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise and movement-based activities.
7.3
YLT Studio, its owners, instructors, contractors, and staff are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, or personal property theft except where required by law.
7.4
Clients are encouraged to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program.
8. Outdoor Classes & Weather
8.1
Outdoor classes may be adjusted, rescheduled, relocated, or cancelled due to weather or safety concerns.
8.2
Clients will be notified through the booking platform or email if outdoor classes are impacted.
8.3
YLT Studio is not responsible for environmental conditions associated with outdoor sessions.
9. Membership Freezes
9.1
Membership freezes may be granted for medical reasons, pregnancy, or extended travel at the discretion of YLT Studio.
9.2
Freeze requests must be submitted in writing before the requested freeze start date.
9.3
Minimum and maximum freeze periods may apply.
10. Refund Policy
10.1
All sales are final. Memberships, class packages, workshops, events, and retail items are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
10.2
Unused classes, missed sessions, or partially used memberships will not be refunded.
10.3
Exceptions may be considered in rare circumstances at the sole discretion of YLT Studio.
11. Photography & Media Release
11.1
YLT Studio may occasionally capture photos or videos during classes, events, or studio activities for marketing and promotional purposes.
11.2
By attending classes or events, you consent to the use of your image or likeness unless you notify staff in writing prior to participation.
12. Personal Information & Privacy
12.1
YLT Studio collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
12.2
Personal information will only be used for business operations, booking management, communication, and marketing purposes in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1
All YLT Studio branding, logos, content, class formats, photography, videos, and website materials are the intellectual property of YLT Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
14. Governing Law
14.1
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
14.2
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled within the appropriate courts of Illinois.
